Sea Moss Soap
Recipe Instructions
Use coconut water (8.35 oz) for the lye solution
Citric Acid (@2%) - add to coconut water BEFORE adding the lye
Additional Lye (0.55 oz) - needed to neutralize citric acid
Sodium Lactate (@2%) - add to lye solution AFTER it has cooled down BELOW 100 degrees
Sea Moss Gel (@~27%, subtracted from water amount) - add to warm oils BEFORE lye solution. Blend well.
Fragrance (optional, @~4%) - add to soap batter at light trace. Blend well by hand.
Blue Cornmeal - add to soap batter at trace. Blend well by hand.
