Needed Ingredients

Water + Lye

15.35 oz Water

6.58 oz 100% Purity NaOH

Oils

5 oz Ricinus Oil (Castor Oil)

16 oz Coconut Oil - All Grades except Virgin

5 oz Mango Butter

7.50 oz Karite Butter (Shea)

10 oz Olive Oil - All Grades

6.50 oz Sal Butter

Additives + Additional Ingredients

1 ounce Citric Acid (@2%) - add to the water BEFORE the lye

0.63 ounce Additional Lye (@2%) - to neutralize the citric acid. Add to recommended lye amount.

1 ounce Sodium Lactate (@2%) - add to the lye water solution AFTER the lye cools below 100 degrees.

3 tablespoon Molasses - add to warm oils BEFORE adding lye solution. Blend well using stick blender..

2 ounce Fragrance (@~4% - optional) - add to soap batter at light trace. Blend well by hand.

Recipe Instructions

Citric Acid (@2%) - add to the water BEFORE the lye.

Additional Lye (@2%) - to neutralize the citric acid. Add to recommended lye amount.

Sodium Lactate (@2%) - add to the lye water solution AFTER the lye cools below 100 degrees.

Molasses - add to warm oils BEFORE adding lye solution. Blend well using stick blender.

Fragrance (@~4% - optional) - add to soap batter at light trace. Blend well by hand.
