Recipe Instructions
Note*
- Replace Water with Glycerin for Lye Mixture.
- Weight The empty crock pot Bowl.
- Preheat Oils at high.
- Heat glycerin to 220°f then incorporate KOH slowly.
- Mix the KOH solution to the heated oils then let it cook at low for 1.5 hour
- Separate a small portion of paste then mix with water for clarity/PH test. (safe to use or not)
- Dilution water/Aloe vera to paste ratio is 1.5water/1.5Aloe to 1paste.
- Add Essential/Fragrance Oil (can be up tp 2 to 4 %)
- Reheat the Paste at low mix with Water/Aloe and Essential/Fragrance Oils. let it sit overnight.
