Recipe Instructions
Add 2% of table salt (12g) to lye-water.
After pouring into the mold, put it in oven for 4h at 40-50C (122F) to promote gel phase.
After 4h stop the oven and leave it there for 12h to cool down, over night for example.
Unmold and cut after 12h.
Cure: 4 weeks+
