299.53 g NaOH

203.54 g KOH

Oils

2,300 g Coconut Oil, 76 deg

Recipe Instructions

  • dual lye 35% KOH and 65% NaoH
  • citric acid approx. 2% of oils = 45 + 27g extra lye (naoh 14 = 213.53 & Koh 13g = 216.54)
  • Unscented
  • 2% superfat
  • 2.5:1 water to lye ratio
  • this makes 20 x 200g bars
  • cost for the loaf is $13.8 oils + (213.53 x.010 naoh) $2.14 + (.035 koh x 216.54) 7.58 = $23.50 \ 20 bars = $1.17 per 200g bar
